 Abstract

The primary objective of this study is to investigate the difficulty of accurately analyzing the harmonic interaction characteristics of grid-connected inverters under complex operating conditions. A harmonic coupling characteristic model is proposed based on the harmonic state space (HSS) method with the dynamic disturbance of a phase-locked loop. The harmonic coupling matrix obtained from this model shows that the harmonic coupling process between non-corresponding frequencies is affected by the dynamic disturbance. This exacerbates the phase shift phenomenon and causes the coupling frequency to shift toward higher frequencies. In addition, extraordinary harmonic peaks appear. Finally, through simulation and experimentation, the traditional model was compared with the established model, and the modeling accuracy reached 95% under different operating conditions, verifying the effectiveness of the established model.
