Scope

 

The Journal of Power Electronics (JPE) publishes papers of a high technical standard with a suitable balance of practice and theory. It covers a wide range of applications and apparatus in the power electronics field. The scope of the JPE includes the following:

  • Grid and Power Quality

  • Energy Management Systems

  • Devices and Components

Peer Review

 

The KIPE employs a web-based manuscript submission portal for the peer-review. All manuscripts are treated as confidential. Each manuscript is peer-reviewed by at least two anonymous reviewers who are specialized in the field of power electronics. JPE reviewers are selected by the JPE Editorial Board depending on their career and contributions in the field of power electronics.

 

Forms of Publication

 

JPE accepts original research articles, review articles, and invited articles.

  • Original Article: Original research articles on the wide areas of power electronics and its applications.
  • Review Article: A professional and in-depth technical review on the field of power electronics. The author’s contribution to the survey should be outstanding whereas a simple literature survey will be returned instantly. Thorough and appropriate citations required.
  • Invited Article: Articles that are invited to submit by the Editorial Board of JPE.

 

Frequency

 

JPE is now published monthly, appearing on the 20th day of each month.
